Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing sentinelserp.com or downloading any Sentinel SERP application you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not (a) reverse engineer or decompile any Sentinel SERP software, (b) resell or sub-licence the Service without written permission, (c) use the Service to violate any law, (d) attempt to bypass licence enforcement, rate limits, or trial restrictions, or (e) use the Service to harm third-party properties.
5. Licence
Subject to your payment of fees, Sentinel SERP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes only. The licence is bound to the device on which it is activated.
6. Free tools
Free tools are offered "as is" with no SLA, may be rate-limited, and may be removed at any time. We log usage to prevent abuse.
7. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. By providing payment information you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees plus taxes. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set out in our Refund Policy.
8. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled by you. You can cancel at any time from your customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
9. Intellectual property
All software, content, trademarks, and trade dress on the Service are the property of Sentinel SERP or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific SEO outcome, ranking, traffic increase, or revenue.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel SERP's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Sentinel SERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sentinel SERP harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. On termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
15. Account funds (store credit)
Sentinel SERP may offer an "Account Funds" feature that lets you pre-fund your account by sending cryptocurrency to a payment processor we operate. Account Funds are store credit only: they may be spent on Sentinel SERP licenses and renewals at checkout but are non-withdrawable and non-transferable. Once credited, Account Funds cannot be returned in cash, crypto, or to any external payment instrument. By topping up Account Funds you confirm you understand and accept this restriction. Sentinel SERP may impose minimum and maximum top-up limits, may suspend top-ups at any time, and may freeze a balance pending review of suspected abuse, fraud, or chargeback activity.
16. Device binding and transfers
Each Sentinel SERP license is bound to one device through a hardware fingerprint computed locally on first activation. You may request a transfer to a different device at any time from your customer portal. Transfers are reviewed by Sentinel SERP staff and typically approved within 24 hours. After a transfer is approved, a 30-day cooldown applies before the same license can be transferred again. Repeated transfer requests within a short window may be denied or escalated for review.
17. Trials
Sentinel SERP may offer a free trial for some products. Trials are one per device per tool, enforced by hardware fingerprint on our servers. Reinstalling the software, clearing local files, or otherwise attempting to reset the trial does not grant a new trial — the server-side record persists. If you have a legitimate reason for a trial extension you may request one through the customer portal; extensions are granted at our sole discretion. Attempts to circumvent trial enforcement (e.g. virtual machine spoofing, MAC address rotation, or container abuse) are a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent denial of service.
18. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance.
