Sentinel SERP ("we", "us", "our") operates sentinelserp.com and the related desktop tools (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account data — name, email, hashed password, billing country, and the transaction ID you provide at checkout.
Usage data — pages viewed, tools run, query parameters (e.g. domains you submit to free tools), timestamps, IP address, browser, and device fingerprint.
Licence data — for paid desktop tools we collect a hardware fingerprint (a one-way hash of MAC, motherboard UUID and disk serial) used to bind your licence and trial to one machine.
Support data — anything you submit through tickets, chat, or email.

How we use information

To create and operate your account.
To deliver, secure, and improve the Service.
To verify licences and prevent trial abuse.
To send transactional and (with consent) marketing email.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

We rely on contract necessity (delivering the Service you paid for), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, product analytics), consent (marketing, optional cookies), and legal obligation.

Sharing of information

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe, NowPayments), email delivery (Postmark/SES), error monitoring, and legal authorities when required by law. All sub-processors are bound by data protection agreements.

Data retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for tax and dispute resolution. Anonymised analytics may be kept indefinitely.

Subject to applicable law you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Our servers are located in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves your jurisdiction we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner at least 14 days in advance.
