Refund Policy
Overview
Sentinel SERP sells digital software and subscription services. Because of the nature of digital goods — instant delivery, immediate consumption of compute and proxy resources, and the irreversible disclosure of proprietary algorithms and data — all sales are generally final. This policy explains the limited circumstances in which we will issue a refund.
Free trial
Every paid plan includes a free trial that lets you fully evaluate the product before paying. By starting a paid subscription you confirm that you have evaluated the product during the trial and accept that the subscription fee is non-refundable.
Cooling-off window (first-time customers only)
If you are a first-time customer of Sentinel SERP you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your first paid charge, provided that:
- You have not run a single successful campaign, scan, or session through the purchased product.
- You have not consumed more than 5% of any usage allowance included with the plan.
- You have not previously received a refund from Sentinel SERP on any product.
- Your account is in good standing and not flagged for abuse.
Refund requests outside these conditions will be denied.
No refunds after the cooling-off window
After the 24-hour window, or after any successful use of the product, the subscription fee is non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, unused time, accidental renewal you did not cancel in time, hardware change, or your inability to make the product produce a particular SEO outcome.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are offered at a substantial discount in exchange for the up-front commitment. Annual fees are non-refundable except under the cooling-off window above. We do not pro-rate annual subscriptions on cancellation; you retain access until the end of the paid year.
Auto-renewal
It is your responsibility to cancel before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue. We do not refund renewal charges processed in accordance with the plan you selected. You can cancel at any time from your customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Crypto payments
Payments made in cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable due to network and exchange-rate volatility. If a refund is approved under the cooling-off window for a crypto order, it will be issued in the same crypto at the spot rate at the time the refund is processed, less network fees. Sentinel SERP is not liable for any difference in fiat value.
Account Funds top-ups
Funds added to your in-portal "Account Funds" balance via cryptocurrency top-up are final and non-refundable in any form. Once a top-up settles, the credit is yours to spend on Sentinel SERP licenses and renewals — it cannot be returned to your wallet, converted to fiat, or transferred to another account. Top up only the amount you intend to spend on Sentinel SERP products. Sentinel SERP may, at its sole discretion, issue service credit to your Account Funds balance to resolve a service-issue dispute; such credit is also non-withdrawable.
Device transfers and trial extensions
Approval of a device transfer request or a trial extension request is at Sentinel SERP's sole discretion and does not constitute a refund, a partial refund, an extension of any paid period, or any other monetary remedy. A denied request does not entitle you to a refund of the original purchase.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at [email protected] is a breach of these Terms. We will contest unauthorised chargebacks with full evidence (IP logs, fingerprint, usage records, e-mail communications) and may suspend your account and any other accounts associated with you.
Service issues
If a paid product is materially broken for an extended period and our engineering team confirms the issue is on our side, we will offer service credit equal to the affected period. Cash refunds are not provided in this scenario.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address registered on your account, including your order ID and a brief explanation of why your request meets the cooling-off conditions. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
